Applications for the 2025-2026 school year are OPEN NOW!

*We are still currently accepting applications for the 24-25 school year. Please contact admissions for availability for your grade level of interest before applying, as some classes are at capacity.

 

 1. How to Apply

Our application is fully digital and accessible to you 24/7 through our online system. This simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable application fee of $125 must be submitted with each application. Your application will require some data and document uploads which you may input via your mobile phone or computer. Your first step is to create an application account.

 

 2. Create an Account (for NEW families)

To begin the process, Create an account  From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account. Once your email has been verified, you may then start an application.                                                                                                          

(For EXISTING families)

If you are needing to submit an application for a sibling, you do not need to create an account. Please login use your existing family portal and Create a New Student Application for your next child. If you have any problems with logging into your existing account please email admissions and we will be happy to help!

 

3. Start an Application

Login to your account and Create a New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and your data will be auto saved. 

 

4. Review, Submit & Pay Application Fee

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the non-refundable application fee of $125.  After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status online by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms. Your application cannot be considered complete until all supplemental forms have been submitted.

 

PLAN AHEAD:

Documents you will need to provide in your application:

  • School records/report card for current and previous school year
  • Birth certificate
  • Immunization record
  • Baptism certificate (if applicable)
  • Family Photo
  • Standardized test scores (within the past year, if available/applicable)
  • Teacher recommendation - you will just provide a name and email address

Wait Pool Information

If your child meets the admission requirements but no seat is available,  we will offer to place your child in a Wait Pool. When/If a seat becomes available, we will notify you. 

Special Educational Needs

Since St. Monica Catholic School is unable to provide appropriate educational experiences for children with certain learning disabilities, serious emotional or social problems, or severe physical handicaps, careful consideration is given to each applicant to make certain our program is a good match for the applicant’s needs. If any of these circumstances apply to your child, please contact the Admissions Office to discuss.
